We’ve been using RLI for three years now. We like the short modules on one topic, backed up by research. And we find it very effective to build facilitated classroom sessions around a single module. Initially, I facilitated the meetings, but now a different employee volunteers to facilitate each session, which makes it a lot easier for me. The RLI method works, and we’re totally committed to it.
