The good old days of relying solely on in-person instructor led training (ILT) to develop our people are behind us.

Even before the current crisis, we all knew that today’s increasingly dispersed workforce required blended learning solutions that combine high-quality digital training with some sort of virtual or live ILT. Problem is, no unique, pragmatic solution has been available. Until now.

We’re excited to introduce you to a new way to think about developing your people. It’s called Micro-Virtual Professional (MVP) Coaching. MVP combines research-based, single-concept micro-training with live virtual coaching that’s delivered by highly trained, experienced professional coaches.

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • Why triggering broader learning experiences with behavior-based, single-concept micro-training make more sense than any training you’ve done before
  • How virtual coaching can amplify micro-training, enable transformational mindset shifts, and make training stick in ways you never thought possible
  • The power of research – Rapid Learning’s 5- to 7-minute micro-videos are based on academic and institutional research on the science of influence and persuasion. Sources include Harvard, Stanford, Dartmouth, Berkeley and more
  • The power of BTS professional coaching – our proprietary “mindset” approach is based on data from 120,000 coaching conversations over more than a decade

We’ve reached a tipping point regarding where and when our people work, and how we need to train them. This webinar is about helping you get ahead of the curve. I hope you’ll join us.
