Rapid Learning Institute Announces New Partnership with Intelladon
RLI switches to new, enhanced learning platform
Rapid Learning Institute (RLI), a producer of online training and talent development materials for business, government, education and the nonprofit sector, is announcing its partnership with Intelladon, a leading consulting and learning management solutions provider (http://www.intelladon.com).
Over the next several months, RLI learning platforms – which cover the areas of workplace leadership, sales, HR, education and workplace safety – will migrate to the Enterprise Knowledge Platform (EKP), a world-class LMS developed by the global software company Net Dimensions. The move to the EKP means that RLI’s clients will have access to state-of-the-art LMS functionality. They’ll be better able to deploy employee training, track usage, add customized content and build curricula. They’ll also be able to view the LMS interface in 19 languages.
Intelladon will oversee the migration of RLI’s content to the EKP and help design the user interfaces.
“Having Intelladon as a partner and the EKP as a platform is a huge leap forward for us,” says Stephen Meyer, CEO of RLI. “We’ve always had world-class content. Now we have a world-class delivery platform with the robust functionality our most sophisticated clients demand.
“With Intelladon as a partner, we’re confident we’ll have the technical expertise and resources required to keep pace with advances in LMS technology that can improve our user experience.”
Rapid Learning Institute (RLI) provides online training and talent development tools for businesses, government agencies, nonprofits and educational institutions in the areas of sales, human resources, management, leadership and safety. RLI’s approach is founded on the idea that talent development can only be effective if managers make it a priority and follow up to ensure that learning sticks. The company’s signature five- to 10-minute modules, called Quick Takes, help managers build their core competency as talent developers by giving them the tools they need to replicate in others the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors that drive performance.
Based in Greater Philadelphia, RLI is an operating division of Business 21 Publishing, LLC
