Rapid Learning Institute appoints Vice President of Technology

Rapid Learning Institute (RLI) has promoted Andrew Elia to Vice President of Technology. Elia has been RLI’s Director of IT since 2010.

“Andrew first joined RLI in 2004, and he’s been integral to the growth and success of the company ever since,” said CEO Stephen Meyer. “We have greatly benefited from Andrew’s many accomplishments and his dedicated service.”

Elia will continue to help guide RLI through its next phase of growth and will provide the technological leadership required to deliver RLI’s e-learning library to an expanding group of clients.

“Working with the Rapid Learning Institute has been a great experience and I’m excited for this new opportunity,” Elia said. “It is wonderful to be acknowledged for my efforts and to see that hard work pays off.”

Elia enjoys his role at RLI in part because of company’s culture of collaboration and support. “It is nice to be able to say that I enjoy coming to work every day and that I am surrounded with a positive and highly motivated group of individuals,” Elia said.

Before joining RLI, Elia received his bachelor’s degree from Widener University. He earned his master’s in Information Systems from the University of Denver in 2010.
