Steve Von Hoene Partners with Rapid Learning Institute for New Approach to Online Training

EDDYSTONE, PA – Rapid Learning Institute (RLI) has launched a new partnership with Steve Von Hoene, Founder and Principal of Journey Learning L.L.C., to deliver RLI’s unique brand of online workplace training in an instructor-led format.

According to Stephen J. Meyer, RLI CEO, “Online training is the wave of the future but it works best in tandem with face-to-face coaching and follow up. That’s why we’ve partnered up with Steve Von Hoene. He’s a qualified training professional who can show our clients how to improve workplace training using a blended learning approach.”

RLI will offer four types of training programs led by Von Hoene, each designed to meet unique client needs and budgets.

The Launch Event is designed to help new clients get the most out of RLI’s online library of training resources. Von Hoene will visit client organizations and show those who have access to RLI’s learning centers how to best find, deploy and follow up on the training they need.

The Boost Event is designed for existing clients. The goal is to increase usage of RLI’s online training programs and show managers how to run effective follow up meetings. The session also aims to help organizations create a culture of development and learning.

The Coaches Camp is all about “training the trainers.” Here Von Hoene helps an organization’s leaders use RLI’s online learning tools to become more effective coaches and talent developers. The program provides step-by-step guidance for deploying targeted online training, leading productive follow up training meetings and reinforcing the training to ensure that it sticks.

The Complete Plan brings Von Hoene to an organization for an extended, comprehensive training program using RLI’s modules. The plan includes needs assessment meetings with key executives, customized curriculum development, coaching skills sessions with team leaders and skills development meetings with team members.
