    Yeah, phone is better if you want to converse to your
    employee or might as well try Skype or other ways to contact anybody in the
    office. So that’s for communication. To manage them/a telecommuter I think you
    would be needing a software to track their work, perhaps more discussions
    regarding this are discussed on this telecommuting blog.
