Rapid Learning Institute (RLI) is happy to announce the appointment of Benjamin J. Franco as its newest Learning Consultant.
Ben has been in inside sales for over 30 years. Most recently, he was a sales consultant with Saturn of West Chester. Prior to Saturn, he was Inside Sales Manager for Broder Bros. Co of Trevose, Pa, a leading wholesaler of apparel for the screen printing and embroidery industry. Ben has also served in sales for the surgical instruments and insurance industries among others.
“RLI is a great place to work,” says Ben. “There’s tremendous support from both management and coworkers and the technology here is fantastic. I’m looking forward to a rewarding future for the clients, me and the company.”
“It’s a terrific advantage to have someone with Ben’s extensive experience working with us,” says Glenn Eckard, RLI Chief Operating Officer. “Having been in sales since 1978, Ben knows how to educate our clients and provide them with the tools they need for success – which after all, is the business we’re in.”
Ben has been married for 31 years and has two sons. Like a lot of his coworkers at RLI (including CEO Stephen J. Meyer and Vice President of Marketing Brian McCallum), he enjoys playing the guitar.
Rapid Learning Institute (RLI) provides online training and talent development tools for businesses, government agencies, nonprofits and educational institutions in the areas of sales, human resources, management, leadership and safety. RLI’s approach is founded on the idea that talent development can only be effective if managers make it a priority and follow up to ensure that learning sticks. The company’s signature five to 10 minute modules, called Quick Takes, help managers build their core competency as talent developers by giving them the tools they need to replicate in others the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors that drive performance.
Based in Greater Philadelphia, RLI is an operating division of Business 21 Publishing, LLC
