Rapid Learning Institute (RLI) has officially launched its redesigned online learning centers for sales, leadership, workplace safety and employment law training.
After an extended beta test, RLI made the updated Selling Essentials and Compliance & Management Rapid Learning Centers available to all users this month. The re-launched site marks the most significant upgrade to the learning centers since their debut in June of 2008.
“This upgrade is all about improving usability for our clients and consolidating our learning centers into one central hub,” says RLI CEO Stephen J. Meyer. “Before the move we had multiple, independent web sites that each focused on a specific area of training. Now we have one central location where our clients can handle all their training and employee development needs. Think of it as one school building with many classrooms that users can visit as needed.”
Central to the new learning centers is the state-of-the-art usage reporting system. This new, top-down reporting mechanism allows clients to organize users in a hierarchical structure, giving front line managers the ability to see usage by their direct reports, while upper level management can view the entire organization.
Additional features in the new learning center include the ability to assign training to specific employees and the option to upload custom content as supplementary material.
