How important is workplace violence training?

According to OSHA, nearly 2 million American workers report that they’ve been victims of violence at work. And homicide is the 4th leading cause of fatal occupational injuries in the United States.

The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 requires employers to provide a safe and healthy working environment, free of known dangers, including violence.
