The HR Rapid Learning Center
The HR Rapid Learning Center and the Compliance and Management Rapid Learning Center provide talent development resources for HR executives and line managers. They include a vast library of state-of-the-art e-learning modules as well as traditional learning tools such as articles and white papers. Customers get access to both learning centers, which consist of:
- A curriculum of six- to 10-minute “Quick Take” e-learning modules on HR Leadership topics (How To Speak the Language of CEOs, How to Conduct Effective Exit Interviews, etc.)
- A curriculum of 30- to 60-minute employment law compliance e-learning modules (FMLA, Terminations, Complaint Investigations, etc.)
- A curriculum of Quick Take rapid learning modules on management and leadership topics (How to Drain the Drama from Salary Reviews, How to Smoke Out Imposters in Job Interviews, etc.)
- An online and print newsletter that keeps you current with the latest news and best-practices in HR and leadership. Delivered every two weeks
