The HR Rapid Learning Center

The HR Rapid Learning Center and the Compliance and Management Rapid Learning Center provide talent development resources for HR executives and line managers. They include a vast library of state-of-the-art e-learning modules as well as traditional learning tools such as articles and white papers. Customers get access to both learning centers, which consist of:

  • A curriculum of six- to 10-minute “Quick Take” e-learning modules on HR Leadership topics (How To Speak the Language of CEOs, How to Conduct Effective Exit Interviews, etc.)
  • A curriculum of 30- to 60-minute employment law compliance e-learning modules (FMLA, Terminations, Complaint Investigations, etc.)
  • A curriculum of Quick Take rapid learning modules on management and leadership topics (How to Drain the Drama from Salary Reviews, How to Smoke Out Imposters in Job Interviews, etc.)
  • An online and print newsletter that keeps you current with the latest news and best-practices in HR and leadership. Delivered every two weeks
  • An online archive of hundreds of searchable articles
  • Policies, Forms and Tools (60+ customizable policy templates in MS Word format; dozens of useful forms, samples letters and checklists; guidelines on ADA accommodation for 50 illnesses; and numerous white papers on compliance and leadership topics)

The Compliance and Management Rapid Learning Center

This platform is part of the HR Rapid Learning Center and contains content targeted to managers and supervisors. When registering users, you have two options: You can designate a user as “HR” and give full access to both the HR and the Management and Compliance learning centers. Or you can designate a user as “Manager” and limit access only to the Management and Compliance center. The Management and Compliance site includes:

  • A curriculum of Quick Take rapid learning modules on compliance topics (Handling Employee Complaints, What Every Manager Must Know about FMLA Certification, etc.)
  • An online and print newsletter targeted to supervisors that contains news and best practices on employment law compliance and leadership. Delivered every two weeks
  • An online archive of hundreds of searchable articles.
