  • Strategy, company culture, and training needs assessment discussion with leadership team
  • RLI team develops custom curriculum and submits for approval

Launch Event

  • On-site meeting with entire team to introduce program, explain key learning concepts, get buy-in, and kick-off of training activities
  • On-site meeting with leadership team to explain RLI system, explain their role in the program, and demonstrate how future events and followup training will happen

Assignment of Follow-Up Training

  • RLI trainers will provide step-by-step guidelines for using the online system for follow-up training
  • Training programs will be assigned to team members according to custom curriculum
  • Deadlines and accountability will be reviewed

Follow-Up Events

  • Conference calls with team leaders monthly to review tracking reports and progress
  • Quarterly on-site meetings with entire team to conduct group review/training sessions
  • Online follow-up training review with team leaders and assigned to team
  • Executive review sessions twice-annual (on-site, online or by phone) to review progress
